1. 论坛简介 Forum Introduction
受北京大学研究生教育创新计划立项资助，“Together for Every Child”2025全球博士生学术论坛是由北京大学儿童青少年卫生研究所和联合国教科文组织全球健康与教育教席（北京大学）联合发起，旨在为海内外高校博士和硕士研究生搭建学术交流平台，凝集儿童青少年健康相关领域的新理念、新思路、新策略、新方法；同时帮助全球博士生和硕士生增加知识储备、拓宽科研思路、激发科研创新热情，以响应国家培育高质量、高层次创新型公共卫生人才以及全球健康发展的需求。
The "Together for Every Child" global doctoral student academic forum is a project supported by the "Postgraduate Education Innovation Program", jointly launched by the Institute of Child and Adolescent Health at Peking University and UNESCO Chair on Global Health and Education (Peking University). It aims to provide an academic exchange platform for doctoral and master's students worldwide to gather new ideas, thoughts, strategies, and methods in child and adolescent health-related fields. It also intends to help global doctoral and master’s students increase their knowledge, broaden research ideas, and stimulate their enthusiasm for innovation to fulfill the needs of China to cultivate high-quality, first-class innovative public health talents and global health development.
2025全球博士生学术论坛沿用“Together for Every Child”为主题，拟于2025年8月19日在徐州市举办。在此，我们面向海内外高校博士生和硕士研究生发出学术征文邀请，欢迎各位将最新研究成果通过口头汇报、壁报的形式进行展示。届时，我们将组织专家评审团对论文进行点评，博士论文汇报评选出特等奖1名、一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖10名，本届论坛增设硕士生论文汇报，设置一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖7名，届时将颁发相应获奖证书和现金奖励。目前，论坛已进入征稿阶段，我们谨代表论坛组委会，诚挚邀请海内外各高校儿童青少年健康及相关专业的在读博士和硕士研究生积极投稿，共同助力儿童青少年健康事业的高质量发展。
The 2025 forum will continue with the theme "Together for Every Child" and is scheduled to take place in Xuzhou on August 19, 2025. We sincerely invite doctoral and master’s students from domestic and international institutions to present their latest research for oral or poster presentations. At that time, we will organize an expert jury to review the papers and select one PhD student for grand prize, one for first prize, two for second prizes, and ten for third prizes. This year, the forum has newly added a master's student presentation session, in which one student will be awarded the first prize, two the second prizes, and seven the third prizes. Then the student winners will receive certificates and cash prizes. The Call for Papers campaign is now open. On behalf of the Forum Organizing Committee, we sincerely invite doctoral and master's students in child and adolescent health and related disciplines to submit abstracts of your latest research and contribute to the high-quality development of child and adolescent health.
2. 征稿要求 Eligibility for abstracts
（1）征稿对象：海内外各高校及研究机构儿童青少年健康及相关专业的在读博士和硕士研究生，同时为论文的第一/共一作者。
Participants: Ph.D. and master’s students in child and adolescent health and related disciplines from universities and research institutions around the world who are also the first/co-first author of the paper.
（2）征稿范围：本届学术论坛征稿范围包括但不限于儿童青少年超重肥胖、近视、龋齿、脊柱健康、精神心理、性健康和生活方式等主题，拟探索儿童青少年健康现状、影响因素及疾病的发生机制，并提出具有针对性、建设性的见解或建议，对儿童青少年健康发展有较大的指导意义或实用价值。
Related Topics: The topics of this academic forum include but are not limited to overweight and obesity, myopia, dental caries, spinal health, mental psychology, sexual health, and lifestyle among children and adolescents. It aims to explore the current status of child and adolescent health, influencing factors, and mechanisms of diseases. Participants are encouraged to provide targeted and constructive insights or recommendations that offer significant guidance or practical value for the healthy growth of children and adolescents.
（3）稿件要求：参与论文尚未在任何期刊正式发表。提交正文在1000字以内的带图英文摘要，注明题目、作者、单位及联系方式（电子邮箱及电话）。正文按照研究背景、目的、方法、结果、结论及关键词的格式书写，并声明可能存在的利益冲突。字体为Times New Roman，字号10号，1.5倍行距，论文提交采用word文档形式（电子版）。
Requirements: Manuscripts submitted to this forum should not have been published in any journal. Submit an English abstract with figures in the body of 1000 words or less, indicating the title, author, institution, and contact information (email and telephone). The abstract should include the research background, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and keywords, and declare possible conflicts of interest. The font is Times New Roman, Font Size 10, 1.5 times line spacing, and must be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
3. 投稿方式 Submission Method
（1）摘要投稿邮件标题为单位-博/硕-姓名-手机号，投稿邮箱：songge_1129@sina.com。
The title of the abstract submission email should be: Institution - Doctoral/Master's - Name - Mobile Phone Number, Submission email：songge_1129@sina.com
（2）截止时间：2025年6月30日17:00。
Deadline: 5 p.m. June 30, 2025.
（3）稿件初审合格后，论坛工作人员将及时与投稿者联系，确认论坛后续具体事宜。
After the manuscript has passed the preliminary examination, the forum staff will contact the participants to confirm the follow-up details.
（4）初评程序：由专家评审团进行审阅，录用稿件将收录入汇编。评审专家将根据参评论文的创新性、学术性或实用价值、科学性、可读性四个方面进行评分。创新性占比30%，要求论文在理论或技术上有新发现、新创造；学术性或实用价值占比35%，需综合考虑该论文的学术水平、理论价值、实用价值或经济价值；科学性占比25%，要求论文设计合理，数据可靠，结论正确；可读性占比10%，要求论文文字流畅、条理清晰、合乎逻辑。
Preliminary evaluation procedure: The manuscripts will be reviewed by an expert review panel and accepted manuscripts will be included in the compilation. The evaluation experts will rate the participating papers according to four aspects: innovativeness, academic/practical value, scientificity, and readability. Innovativeness accounts for 30%, which requires new discoveries and creations in theory or technology. Academic or practical value accounts for 35%, which requires a comprehensive consideration of the paper's academic level, theoretical value, practical value, or economic value. Scientificity accounts for 25%, which requires reasonable design, reliable data, and correct conclusions. Readability accounts for 10%, requiring the paper to be well-written, clear, and logical.
（5）终评程序：由专家评审团从入选论文中遴选出优秀论文入围论坛汇报环节，汇报包含两种形式：一是7分钟英文PPT汇报，二是壁报展示，论文展示形式由专家评审团确定。论坛将邀请国内外评审专家按照论文评选标准进行现场打分及论文终审，确定论文获奖等级。博士生论文最终评选出特等奖1名（奖金3000元）、一等奖1名（奖金2000元）、二等奖2名（奖金1500元）、三等奖10名（奖金1000元）；硕士生论文评选出一等奖1名（奖金2000元）、二等奖2名（奖金1500元）、三等奖7名（奖金1000元）。
Final evaluation procedure: The expert jury will select the outstanding papers to be shortlisted for the presentation session of the forum. The presentation consists of two forms: an oral presentation PPT (7 minutes) or a poster presentation. The presentation format will be determined by the experts. The forum will invite experts to conduct on-site scoring and final review of papers according to the paper selection criteria and determine the grade of paper. For Ph.D. student papers, the final awards will include one Grand Prize (￥ 3000 RMB), one First Prize (￥ 2000 RMB), two Second Prizes (￥ 1500 RMB), and ten Third Prizes (￥ 1000 RMB). For master’s student papers, the awards will include one First Prize (￥ 2000 RMB), two Second Prizes (￥ 1500 RMB), and seven Third Prizes (￥ 1000 RMB).
（6）本论坛不向任何参会者、得奖者收取任何费用。
The Forum will not charge any fees to any participants or award winners.
4. 重要日期 Important dates
（1）征稿截止日期：2025年6月30日17:00；
Call for Manuscripts Deadline: June 30, 2025, 5 p.m. GMT+8.
（2）录用通知日期：2025年7月15日前；
Date of Notification of Manuscript Acceptance: by July 15, 2025
（3）论坛举办日期：2025年8月19日。
