Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing based on evidence-based medicine on blood pressure control and cardiac function in patients with hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 100 patients with hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022, these patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, of which 50 patients who implemented routine nursing were the control group and 50 patients who implemented multi-dimensional collaborative nursing based on evidence-based medicine were the observation group. The two groups were compared with blood pressure, cardiac function, negative mood, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Results After nursing, the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were (136.10±8.18) mmHg and (87.43±6.54) mmHg, respectively, compared with (153.27±10.42) mmHg and (96.39±7.64) mmHg in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (Finteraction between groups and time=30.413, 14.560, both P<0.05). After nursing, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in the observation group was (66.79±3.89%)%, compared with (60.83±3.54%) % in the control group, there were statistically significant differences (Finteraction between groups and time=32.267, P<0.05). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) after nursing in the observation group were (45.76±3.78) mm and (50.42±2.18) mm, respectively, compared with (50.24±3.53) mm and (54.47±2.23) mm in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (Finteraction between groups and time=16.877, 30.950, both P<0.05). The post-nursing depression self-rating scale (SDS) score in the observation group was (42.12±1.26), compared with the control group (48.24±1.93), there was a statistically significant difference (Finteraction between groups and time=58.511, P<0.05). The overall health score in SF-36 of the observation group was (75.82±3.69), and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group (66.13±3.16) (Finteraction between groups and time=145.340, P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing based on evidence-based medicine can improve the blood pressure control effect, reduce negative emotions, and improve cardiac function and quality of life in patients with hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease.
