摘要

目的 探讨医学生家庭功能与共情能力的关系,并考察社会责任心在家庭功能与共情能力之间的中介作用。方法 采用青少年学生社会责任心问卷、中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)和家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)对福建省某高校1 153名医学生进行调查研究,采用结构方程模型进行统计分析。结果 家庭功能、社会责任心与共情能力均呈正相关(P均<0.05),社会责任心与家庭功能呈正相关(P<0.05)。家庭功能对共情能力的总效应为0.419,家庭功能对共情能力影响的直接效应为0.217,通过社会责任心影响共情能力的间接效应为0.202,家庭功能通过社会责任心对共情能力的中介效应占总效应的48.21%。结论 家庭功能对共情能力具有直接的正向影响,社会责任心在家庭功能与共情能力间发挥部分中介作用。 

Abstract

Objective This study was aimed at exploring the relationship between family function and empathy in medical students, and examining the mediating role of social responsibility between family function and empathy. Methods A survey among 1 153 medical students at a university in Fujian Province was conducted with the Social Responsibility Questionnaire, Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C (IRI-C) and Family APGAR Index. A structural equation model was used for statistical analysis. Results Empathy was positively correlated with family function and social responsibility (both P<0.05). Family function was positively correlated with social responsibility (P<0.05). The total effect of family function on empathy was 0.419, the direct effect of family function on empathy was 0.217, and the indirect effect of family function on empathy through social responsibility was 0.202. The mediating effect of family function on empathy through social responsibility accounted for 48.21% of the total effect. Conclusions Family function has a direct positive effect on empathy, and social responsibility plays an intermediary role between them.
