Objective To study the effects of responsibility nursing on anxiety and postoperative complications of patients with aortic dissection. Methods A total of 76 patients with aortic dissection in a hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into a group and a trial group with 38 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing and the trial group was taken the responsibility system nursing, and the scores of anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and postoperative complications were investigated and compared between two groups. Results Before the nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of SAS (t=0.199, P=0.843), and after the nursing, the score of the trial group was (38.54±2.42) points, which was lower than that of the control group , and there was a significant difference (t=12.074, P<0.01). The incidence of postoperative complications of the trial group was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant (t=1.629, P=0.089). Conclusion The responsibility system nursing in the patients with aortic dissection can relieve the anxiety, improve the outcome of the patients.
