摘要

目的 观察氟保护漆预防第一恒磨牙龋病的临床效果。 方法 选取600名6~8岁的儿童计2 400颗牙齿进入2部分试验,采取自身对照方法分别接受空白对照、氟保护漆;氟保护漆及窝沟封闭处理,于6、12、18、24个月观察并两两比较分析龋病发病率及2年各组患龋率情况。 结果 第一部分研究结果显示各个时间氟保护漆组比空白对照组具有更低的龋病发病率,经统计学分析,12、18、24个月的龋病发病率及2年的患龋率2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第二部分结果显示:各个时间段氟保护漆组比窝沟封闭组均具有略高的龋病发病率,但2组龋病发病率及患龋率差异无统计学意义。 结论 氟保护漆有较好的龋病预防效果,可考虑在临床上推广应用。 

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of fluoride protective paint on anti-caries offirst permanent molars. Methods A total of 2400 teeth of 600 children aged 6-8 years were included as the research objects, and the research included twoparts. By usingthe self-control method, the first part had blank controls and fluoride protective paint treatment, while the second part had fluoride protective paint treatment and fissure sealant treatment. The caries incidence rates and caries prevalence rates were observed and analyzed in 6, 12, 18, 24 months. Results The first part study showed that the fluoride protective paint group had a lower caries incidence than the blank control group at each time, and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the caries incidence in 12, 18, 24 months and in the caries prevalence in 2 years (P<0.05). The second part study showed that the caries incidence of the fluoride protective paintgroup was slightly higher than the fissure sealant treatment group during each period, but there were not statistically significant differencesbetween the two groups in the caries incidence and caries prevalence. Conclusion Although the fluoride protective paint treatment is slightly inferior to the fissure sealant treatment, yet it has a good caries preventive effect and could be considered to be applied in the clinic.
