舞蹈专业本科生课堂适宜训练强度的初步探讨

摘要

目的 探讨舞蹈专业本科生课堂的适宜训练强度。方法 将127名舞蹈本科生分为4组:低强度运动负荷组(A组);中等强度运动负荷组(B组);高强度运动负荷组(C组);中等强度运动负荷组(D组,休息2次)。分析血乳酸、肌酸激酶等生化指标。结果 高强度运动负荷组的学生训练后24 h血肌酸激酶升高明显。B组学生较D组学生的血乳酸和肌酸激酶峰值低及恢复时间短。结论 低中强度课堂训练适合舞蹈本科生,且有助于提高课堂质量及防止学生运动性损伤。
