Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of the healthy lifestyle of nursing students in a college in Ningde City, so as to provide references for improving their healthy levels. Methods A total of 375 nursing students in a college were selected by cluster sampling. Data were collected by online questionnaire and analyzed. Results The average score of healthy lifestyle of nursing students was (118.74±14.91) points, in which the highest score was health hazard behavior and the lowest score was exercise behavior. There were statistically significant differences in the total score of healthy lifestyle between/among genders, attention to health knowledge, lifestyles, and conscious health status (t=2.998, 20.680, 17.334, 20.760, P=0.003,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of regular life behavior, diet and nutrition behavior, health hazard behavior, health responsibility behavior, interpersonal relationship behavior, and life appreciation behavior between different gender nursing students (t=2.007, 2.001, 2.243, 2.963, 2.636, 2.094, P=0.045, 0.046, 0.028, 0.004, 0.009, 0.037). Conclusions The healthy lifestyle of nursing students in this college is at the middle level. Educators should provide diverse health education for nursing students and help them develop healthy lifestyles to improve their health levels.
