目的 了解沭阳县医疗机构乙肝报告诊断符合率,为进一步提高乙肝报告诊断质量提供依据。 方法 采用分年度同期医疗机构乙肝报告病例进行调查对比分析。 结果 医疗机构乙肝报告诊断符合率仅有23.08%。 结论 医疗机构乙肝报告诊断符合率低,影响因素是多方面的,今后要加强培训、督导,制订《乙肝报告管理办法》,建立乙肝历史报告制度和方法,提高乙肝报告诊断符合率。

Objective To understand the coincidence rate of hepatitis B report diagnosis in medical institutions in Shuyang County, so as to provide the evidence for further improving the quality of hepatitis B report diagnosis. Methods The reported cases of hepatitis B in medical institutions during the same period of each year were investigated and compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate was only 23.08%. Conclusion The coincidence rate of hepatitis B report diagnosis in medical institutions is low, and the influencing factors are various. In the future, we should strengthen the training and supervision, and formulate the "Measures for the Management of Hepatitis B Report", and establish the system and method of hepatitis B history report in order to improve the coincidence rate of hepatitis B report diagnosis.
