Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on timing theory in patients undergoing tubal pregnancy surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients who visited the outpatient department of Nanyang Central Hospital from May 2020 to October 2021 were selected as objects, and among them, 49 patients who visited the outpatient department of Nanyang Central Hospital from May 2020 to January 2021 were selected as a control group, and 49 patients who visited the outpatient department of Nanyang Central Hospital from February 2021 to October 2021 were selected as a trial group. Both groups were followed up for 6 months. Postoperative recovery, negative emotion, self-care ability, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the trial group were (45.43±4.78) points and (47.60±4.28) points, respectively, lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (t=2.997, 3.087, P=0.004, 0.003). The health knowledge level, nursing skills, sense of responsibility, nursing concept dimension, and total score of the ESCA in the trial group were (53.56±7.06) points, (37.32±6.62) points, (25.17±2.52) points, (26.28±5.02) points, and (143.48±14.60) points, respectively, higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (t=4.950, 6.599, 9.721, 4.329, 6.392, all P<0.001). The scores of psychological, physical, social functions and material life dimensions in the GQOLI-74 comprehensive evaluation questionnaire for quality of life after nursing in the trial group were (78.73±7.25) points, (79.16±7.44) points, (80.85±7.25) points, and (82.86±6.37) points, respectively, higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (t=6.403, 4.409, 5.191, 6.835, P<0.001). The nursing satisfaction of the trial group (95.92%) was higher than that of the control group (83.67%), with a statistically significant difference (P=0.046). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on the timing theory has a good application effect in patients with tubal pregnancy surgery, which is beneficial to shorten the recovery time after operation, improve the psychological stress state, improve the self-care ability and quality of life, and the patient’ s nursing satisfaction is high.
