Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing combined with operating room nursing on the occurrence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 43 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who implemented routine nursing mode in 2020 were selected as a control group and 43 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who underwent emergency nursing combined with operating room nursing in 2021 were selected as an observation group. The quality of emergency care, the occurrence of complications, prognosis, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment time and pre-hospital emergency response time of the observation group were (16.28±3.42) min and (11.36±1.95) min, respectively, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group (21.54±4.09) min and (15.03±2.31) min (t=6.470, 7.961, both P<0.001). The complication rate in the observation group was 9.30%, which was lower than 58.13% of the control group (P<0.001). The KPS score of the observation group after treatment was (86.36±6.38), which was higher than that of the control group: (79.81±7.61) (t=4.325, P<0.001). The nursing skills, nursing attitudes, ward environment, and disease interpretation scores and total scores of the observation group were (3.40±0.49) (3.49±0.55) (3.44±0.55) (3.51±0.51) and (13.46±1.25), respectively, which were higher than those of the control group: (2.98±0.56) (3.02±0.60) (2.98±0.41) (3.07±0.46), and (12.05±1.64) (t=3.701, 3.787, 4.397, 4.201, 4.484, all P<0.001). Conclusion The emergency nursing combined with operating room nursing can improve the quality of emergency nursing for patients with severe craniocerebral injury, effectively prevent complications, improve prognosis, and have high nursing satisfaction.
