Abstract:Most of the diagnosis of cognitive function-related diseases is mainly based on clinical manifestations and subjective scales, and there is a lack of reliable and reproducible objective indicators for the assessment of cognitive function changes related to various diseases. P300 provides a reliable and reproducible objective index for the assessment of cognitive function related to various diseases, and has important clinical significance for the early diagnosis and early identification of cognitive impairment in clinical diseases. This article reviews the application of P300 in diseases related to cognitive function changes, so as to facilitate early intervention, treatment and prevention of cognitive changes in various diseases, and improve the prognosis and long-term quality of life of patients。
